TREATMENT OF PELVIC CONGESTION
Pelvic congestion is characterized by pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen, groin and upper legs for more than 6 months.
Patients usually have multiple births and in their late twenties or early thirties.
Symptoms increase during menstruation.
It causes serious discomfort especially during and after sexual intercourse.
Symptoms become clear at the end of the day.
During the examinations, varices are detected in the wide lower abdomen, around the uterus and ovaries, groin and around the genital area.
This can be confirmed by vein angiography and the ovarian veins causing these varices can be reached in the same session and these areas can be closed with specially designed coils and liquid agents and varicose structures can be eliminated.
With the closure of these varicose structures, the patient's complaints disappear quickly.
